"The Bachelor" winner Courtney Robertson has reportedly given back the engagement ring she received from Ben Flajnik on the show's season finale last year. She was photographed on Sunday, Oct. 14, returning the pricey piece of bling to jeweler Neil Lane's shop in Los Angeles, which was a 3-carat sparkler that reportedly cost $80,000.

Sources connected to the jeweler told E! News that the 30-year-old would only get to keep the ring if she and Flajnik, 28, had actually gone through with the wedding, as per the ABC network's contractual agreement. The terms also stated that if the two called off the engagement before the two year mark, the ring must be returned to the jeweler.

According to In Touch, Flajnik previously spoke of the technicalities that went with his former beau keeping the ring.

"Sometimes they make exceptions. We've been together for 10 months. You have to be together for two years to keep the ring," he said.

A little over a week ago, Robertson and Flajnik stated that they were officially splitting up. However, the beautiful brunette clearly didn't sulk for long, as she was seen getting hot and heavy with "Bachelor" runner-up Arie Luyendyk over the weekend. The two were spotted locking lips at the Quiessence Restaurant in Phoenix, the very same place she took Flajnik on a hometown date.

Robertson and Flajnik announced their decision to split on Oct. 5, saying that they simply grew apart.

"We weren't as similar as we thought. Things just changed... it was a totally mutual agreement," he said.

Robertson's latest hookup, Luyendyk, 31, recently took to Twitter to ponder the complexities that come with dating, saying, "Why is dating so confusing? I need a rule book."

However, his manager told the entertainment site, "Arie is happy, single and focusing on his racing career."
