Issues from his  life under another one of his assumed identities have come back to potentially haunt him and hurt his relationship, but now, Ben's (Robert Scott Wilson) legal troubles will take a surprising turn on Days of Our Lives.  

Ben Enlists Clyde's Help

Ben's previous life in Florida, under the name Kevin Rogers, has officially infiltrated his life in Salem following an FBI investigation into his old bosses, who are under investigation for some gambling busts that have been made. Though Ben initially professed his innocence in the scandal, his connection to the target od the investigation, a man named Walenski has recently emerged.  

Ben has admitted to Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) and Abigail (Kate Mansi) that he actually did work for Walenski in a way, because of another guy who worked for him asking Ben to send referrals for gambling clients his way--something that could make him guilty by association, though Aiden has told him as long as he doesn't go to Florida and keeps his distance from the investigation he should be able to escape without penalty.

However, thanks to Ben's father, Clyde (James Read) things could take a very different turn, especially when Chad (Billy Flynn) sics Will (Guy Wilson) on the trucking magnate for an expose. As more news begins to unfold concerning Clyde's own shady business ventures, it could hurt the investigation into Ben as well. 

In addition, Clyde is suspicious that his son is hiding something much bigger than he is letting on to--and if he is questioned by authorities to see what he knew he could end up getting his son locked up.
