It seemed that all of the secrets about his past were exposed long ago, but Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) may still be hiding something big on Days of Our Lives.

Ben Asks Abigail A Life-Changing Question

It seemed his only secrets were that he and Jordan were siblings, who had assumed fake identities when they ran away from home and tried escaping Clyde (James Read)-who eventually found them in Salem after Kate (Lauren Koslow) brought him there. However, those secrets about his unhappy childhood didn't change things too badly for the bartender, as his father's arrival has helped him in several ways, including working on getting his college education and getting an apartment of his own. In addition, his relationship with Abigail (Kate Mansi) only grew stronger.

However, thanks to Chad (Billy Flynn) and Stefano's (Joseph Mascolo) digging, something else Ben has been keeping hidden could soon surface.

Chad Tests Abigail's Loyalty To Ben

Chad has been wanting Abigail back for some time, especially after his own relationship with Jordan ended and she left town-but Ben has been standing in the way of his reuniting with his ex. Now, Stefano may have given him what he needs to rip the pair apart, by putting him in touch with an FBI agent who believed Ben was a person of interest named Kevin Reynolds. And when Chad confronted Ben with that identity, it became clear that it did mean something to him.

Now, in an effort to keep whatever part of his past that is still hidden from creeping out and destroying the life he has built for himself in Salem, Ben will once again enlist his father's help, in the hopes that Clyde's known semi-illegal ways of doing some things will possibly keep the past buried where it has been.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
