Mila Kunis is a childhood chicken thief?!

Are Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis Married Or Engaged?

The 31-year-old actress was born in what is now known as Ukraine and resided there before relocating to the United States.

While living there she apparently had sticky fingers and stole a childhood friend's pet chicken named Doggie.

Mila Kunis Enjoys Motherhood

TMZ reported the Hollyweird story on Wednesday, in which Kunis' childhood friend Kristina Karo, who also resides in the States now and is trying to make a name for herself in Hollywood, claimed that 25 years ago she was in the first grade with Kunis and Kunis had envy over her pet chicken.

Karo filed a lawsuit alleging that Kunis stole Doggie and said, "Kristina, you can have any other chicken as a pet, you have a whole chicken farm."

Karo claims in her lawsuit that Kunis has caused her emotional stress, which has led to therapy sessions. Karo's horrible memories have returned of her stolen pet chicken since moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in singing since she's nearby Kunis once again.

Karo is suing to receive $5,000 in damages to go see a therapist once again.

Kunis responded to this wacky lawsuit claim via a video streaming on Meerkat courtesy of her significant other Ashton Kutcher who posted it on his Twitter Wednesday night.

In the video, which TMZ posted and can be viewed below, Kutcher asked Kunis to set the record straight.

"I was devastated. I was weeping. I was dumbfounded. I was like, 'which chicken did I steal?' 'cause I was obviously in a village when I stole these chickens," Kunis shared after Kutcher poked fun at the bizarre tale.

Kutcher asked Kunis if she was "physically served," but she claimed she hasn't been.

"But emotionally I feel served," Kunis said while trying to hold back laughter.

Is Kunis going to counter-sue?

"I would like to launch a counter $5,000 lawsuit for making me sit there and watch your music video shamelessly," the new mom said, adding, "My body hurts! My eyes hurt. They're burning. That requires money."

Kutcher added in a jab at Karo's music video for her song "Give Me Green Card" then, as he said, "No green card for you."

Kunis made it very clear that this allegation of her being a chicken thief is a lie.

"I would never steal someone else's chicken. I wouldn't," she said.

Karo, however, is standing by her claim, even though as seen in the TMZ Live video below it has a few holes such as a chicken needing to be a female, but Karo refers to it as a "he."
