Jason Kennedy and Lauren Scruggs are living the dream in their fancy five-bedroom home in Studio City, California.

Lauren Scruggs Opens Up On Displaying Beauty 'In The Most Genuine Way'

On Thursday, People shared photos of the couple's classy pad that the fashion blogger is loving.

"There's so many positive things about it," Scruggs told the publication. "I think the main thing was just how neutral all the colors were, and that it was move-in ready. They literally ripped it up and re-did it right before they put it on the market."

The home has an elegant living room with some comfortable furniture lounging about inside and out. Scruggs pointed out how little touches of pillows, lamps and such made this place feel like she and her husband were right where they need to be.

"We like simplicity, and we wanted it to be very welcoming, so we wanted our décor to reflect that," she said.

Scruggs mentioned that her husband had a prized possession that he didn't want to give up in the house he had prior to this one. But his wife had to put her foot down on that.

"Jason had a really cool house before, but it was masculine and darker-colored," the spouse of the E! News co-host revealed. "Here I'm like, 'The leather circle bed is not going to happen!' He was giving me a hard time about keeping it, but I'm like, 'Who would want to sleep in that?' All the women in his life were like, 'We're on your team, Lo.'"
