Kim Kardashian's 32nd birthday isn't until Sunday, but she celebrated a little early when boyfriend Kanye West treated her to dinner in Rome.

The famous couple hit the restaurant Harry's Bar, which is famous for its Bolognese pasta, and after dinner Kim thanked her beau with a smooch, which nearby photographers caught on camera.

Things are reportedly getting serious between the lovebirds. Several media outlets reported they have been shopping for a home to share in Miami, where Kardashian is currently filming the next season of her reality show "Kim and Kourtney Take Miami." The Daily Mail wrote that the couple looked at luxurious mansions ranging between $7 million and $10 million.

A source told TMZ that Kardashian and West have been discussing living together for a while, and now they're looking to seal the deal by buying property.

"K&K have been talking about getting their own place for a couple of months ... and believe Miami is the perfect location because they both love the city," TMZ reported.

Kardashian also opened up about the relationship and why she thinks it works so well in a recent interview with Tatler magazine.

"It's so nice to have a best friend in this game who understands everything you're going through. Being with someone I've known for so many years is comforting," Kardashian said. "He's been there through so many different stages of my life and before I was famous, so this relationship is a different thing entirely."

The relationship is especially important because the couple understands one another and the demands of working in the entertainment industry, she added.

"It's good to be aware that he definitely doesn't want anything from me too, because he understands the business," she said. "I can't even think about being with anyone else than the man I'm with."
