That is still the big rumor right now as the two women were spotted walking in Silverlake, California this weekend. In a new photo posted on Daily Mail on Sunday, the girls are holding beverages while showing off their casual attire.

Stewart wears a white T-shirt with jeans and sunglasses while her rumored girlfriend wears a black Nirvana shirt and a backwards hat.

In this particular photo, the ladies didn't look too affectionate around each other, implying that they might just be friends. But based on a recent image posted on Perez Hilton, Stewart and Cargile may be much more than that.

Neither Stewart nor Cargile have commented on the rumors and there's a possibility they never will. But the public just can't help but wonder what the status is between these two.

Stewart's most memorable public relationship was with her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson. The two broke up in 2012 yet the gossip continues to surround them.

Pattinson is currently engaged to British singer FKA Twigs who recently spoke to Complex about Pattinson-obsessed fans who have been bashing her.

"It is pretty horrible," Twigs said. "But ultimately, I'm in an amazing relationship. So it doesn't matter."

The singer also opened up on the racist attacks and viral threats she's received on social media.

"I wouldn't say I'm completely numb to it now, but there's definitely a numbness there," she said.
