Bow Wow is gearing up to spend the rest of his life with former reality star Erica Mena, but even he has revealed he didn’t live up to his full potential when it comes to his past days as a player.

The CSI: Cyber star and rapper covers the latest issue of Rolling Out magazine and opened up about what he believes his life would be like if he didn’t choose to settle down.

“I could have easily been the Black Hugh Hefner…But for me, I just follow life and life just hit me differently this time…So when people are asking why I’m slowing down, the truth is, I’ve had everything. There isn't a woman that has ever been on camera, ever been interviewed, or even been on the red carpet that I haven’t been in contact with.”

Still, as far as partying, he doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.

“Erica would be the first to tell you that ‘Bow is Bow.’ I still uphold that young, flashy, on-the-scene lifestyle. That’s never going to leave.”

Bow Wow and Mena went public with their relationship this time last year. While that might not have been too surprising, what did shock fans was their engagement announcement that followed just weeks later. Since then, the two have been displaying their love on social media and he has made it clear that he is a one-woman man now. But Mena isn’t the only reason Bow Wow has decided to settle down.

“I wanted to focus on being the best father that I could be, because my father definitely wasn’t a good father. I want to have time [for my daughter] whenever she needs me. So all of this works together to allow me to have some stability in my life so I can focus on what I need to do.”
