Bollywood stars Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor were spotted in Mumbai celebrating actor Arjun Kapoor's birthday.

On Saturday, the birthday bash took place at the Oberoi hotel where Arjun celebrated his 30th year. A number of friends showed up, including Ranbir and his apparent girlfriend. The two were spotted leaving the venue together and even took a moment to smile for the cameras.

Ranbir Kapoor Explains Why He Doesn't Like Expressing Himself In Interviews

Ranbir used to be in a relationship with actress Deepika Padukone. In a previous interview posted on Filmibeat, the actress pointed out that despite any changes that she or her ex may go through, he will always hold a spot in her heart.

"Ranbir will always be an important part of my life," Padukone said.

"No matter how much we move on in our lives and no matter how comfortable we keep telling people we are working with each other, the question will keep coming up," she added.

Rumor has it that Ranbir and Kaif might get married someday. There doesn't seem to be any plans of a wedding right now although it doesn't mean it will never happen. If they do ever tie the knot, Padukone mentioned that she and her former lover will still share a bond.

"The point is, it was, is and always will be a very special equation that we share," the actress said. "Something that one can't explain and describe in too many words."
