On Sunday, Asian Times posted the details from Kaif who admitted that rumors about her personal life can be frustrating although she does what she can to not let them get to her.

"It's a circle actually. There is a lot of unwarranted attention when you are famous, but I guess when people start ignoring you, it could lead to a lot of insecurity," the actress said. "Sometimes, when gossip about my personal life gets a bit too intrusive, I do react and take a stand but more often than not, I choose to ignore and let it pass."

This could easily be related to all the wild stories on what's happening in Kaif's love life with fellow Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. But the actress talked about publicity stunts that celebrities sometimes participate in, something she would never try out.

"It is something that annoys me about some celebrities," Kaif said. "I would never unnecessarily indulge in any kind of attention seeking tactic."

The star also dished on her fashion expertise; as it turns out, she admitted that she's not really an expert in this subject.

"I don't really enjoy shopping," she said. "I pick up essentials that is clothes, beauty products, perfumes etc as and when I need them and not for the sake of compulsively buying something."
