Good news for Caitlynn Jenner!

Who Is Caitlyn Jenner's Rumored New Girlfriend?

According to a new report, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, and father of six, will not face felony charges in regard to the deadly accident that took the life of Kimberly Howe this past February.

"The video of Bruce Jenner's fatal accident on PCH showed the world what investigators have known for some time now -- that Jenner did NOT commit a felony," TMZ reported on Sunday. "L.A. County Sheriff's investigators have seen the footage from an MTA bus camera -- showing a clear image of Jenner's SUV smashing into Kim Howe's Lexus and a black Prius.
We're told the only infraction investigators see is that Bruce was simply inattentive. As we've told you, it's what cops typically call 'DWHUA' ... driving with head up ass."

TMZ went on to reveal the evidence shown in the video was nothing more than "ordinary negligence," which means Jenner will be facing a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charge -- at the very most -- when his case is seen by the District Attorney.

On Twitter, a couple of fans felt Jenner should be held responsible for Howe's death.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs Sundays at 9 p.m. on the E! Network.
