On June 28, Sarah Rodriguez, the fiance of Ryan Vieth and mother of his 5-month old daughter, Ava Ryan, whom fans recently met on Real Housewives of Orange County, called 911 from a neighbors house and claimed Vieth had hit her, possibly breaking a finger. Now, it appears that may not have been the case.
On Monday, a source told Us Weekly Vieth “never hit [Rodriguez] or pushed her,” and that their fight was “induced by alcohol.”

After reports of her son's arrest hit the web, Barney released a statement to fans, via Instagram, claiming the allegations against her son were not factual.
"Thank you for all the positive messages," she wrote. "There are Two sides to every story! What radar onLie didn't report was: everything was DISMISSED. No CHARGES No violence No injuries. They are still together going through counseling with pastor Mike. They are very hurt that someone would tip off the press and give quotes that are not true. We ask for your prayers not your judgment."
Vieth was arrested in the week hours of the morning on June 28, and released around 2 p.m. that day.
