It's been a month since Sean Penn and Charlize Theron called it quits, and it seems like the actress is doing just fine.

How Did Charlize Theron Respond After Reporter Asked If She Was Getting Married?

On Monday night, Theron made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live where she laughed the night away with jokes and awkward memories. This included a time when she invited the president of the United States to a strip club.

Earlier this year, the actress appeared on the late night show when President Obama happened to be a guest and wanted to meet her.

"Everything had stopped around his world to meet me and it was just a lot of pressure and I was really nervous," she said.

The actress mentioned that Obama was complimentary about Kimmel and being on the show, leaving her so star-struck that she wasn't sure how to respond.

"There was this pause and I didn't know what to say and all I could come up with was, 'Well, if you're looking for a different demographic I can take you to a strip club,'" she said.

Clearly, this was an embarrassing moment to reminisce on, but Theron managed to laugh it off. She also said that the president was really nice about it although she could barely sleep after that.

As the night continued, Theron and Kimmel had plenty of more laughs; overall, she's given the impression that her break-up with Penn is not getting the best of her.
