That's the big question right now ever since the actress was spotted grabbing a beverage for her boyfriend in a Malibu parking lot. Posted by X17 on Thursday, a reporter recorded Theron walking to the car where Penn was waiting.

She was asked when she and the actor were going to get married and if a wedding is coming up pretty soon.

Theron's response: silence.

The actress stayed absolutely quiet as she made her way into the passenger seat ignoring the constant questions about her possible wedding day. When she was asked about wedding bells, she slammed the car door and put the window visor up.

Penn could barely be seen through the window and the couple's fingers were mostly invisible, giving more mystery if either of them were wearing engagement rings.

There have been non-stop reports lately if the two stars were going to get hitched or not, but last May, the actress told Vogue that marriage didn't seem to be a big deal to her.

"I never had the dream of a white dress," she said. "And watching other people get married? I think it's beautiful for them, but to be quite honest, usually I'm just sitting there devastated. It's supposed to be this night of celebrating love, and all you see is a couple separated all night making sure everybody else is okay. It just looks like a lot of work."
