Ramona Singer is finally telling the truth when it comes to both her personal life and her ever-changing appearance. After having denied going under the knife in the past, the Real Housewives of New York star is finally admitting that she did have a boob job last year.

According to OK! Magazine on Friday, Singer - who is in the middle of a messy divorce with her soon-to-be ex-husband Mario Singer - finally told the truth in her upcoming memoir, Life On The Ramona Coaster, which is due to hit bookshelves on July 28.

She wrote in her book, "I've never had any surgery on my face, but I recently did have my breasts done. I went to see Dr. [Sharon] Giese and she didn't even want to do them. She said, 'You have great breasts. They're better than most women half your age.'"

Singer said that even though her doctor was against the idea, she went forward with the surgery anyway because she wanted them to be as "perky" as they were when she was younger.

"Some women go crazy and get huge implants, but I didn't want to be bigger," she wrote to her readers. "I just wanted to enhance what I already had. I was always a 34C and I'm still a 34C.... I didn't want to be top heavy, I just wanted to be more enhanced."

Singer pulled the plug on her marriage in August of last year after she found out that her husband was cheating on her with his mistress, Kasey Dexter, even though she gave him a second chance earlier in the year.
