Although Kelsey Grammer is happily remarried, he can't seemed to escape his ex. Piers Morgan announced that Kelsey was banned from his CNN show after the actor left the set on Sept. 19. The reason: a picture of his ex-wife Camille Donatacci Grammer appeared in the opening credits.
