"Dune" and "The Suicide Squad"'s David Dastmalchian, "Y: The Last Man" and "The Umbrella Academy" star Marin Ireland, "Bird Box"'s Vivien Lyra Blair, and "Voyagers" star Madison Hu have joined the cast alongside Chris Messina and Sophie Thatcher. The film is based off a 1973 short story by the acclaimed horror writer.
