Ghislaine Maxwell Transferred From 'Snake Pit' Population To Cushy ‘Honor Wing’ Prison Unit
Former socialite and convicted sex offender Ghislane Maxwell has reportedly been transferred to a more cozy setting to serve her 20 year prison sentence behind bars.
In March, Maxwell was moved from the prison's violent general population wing, which the facility calls the "snake pit," to the prison's "honor wing" dorm, typically reserved for inmates with good behavior.
Maxwell, 62, is duking out her prison time at FCI Tallahassee, a low-security prison in the state of Florida.

"The conditions in D South are more like the sort of thing Maxwell will have experienced when she attended boarding school as a young girl," a source told the Daily Mail.
Each cell has two bunk beds, however, the space is so sparsely populated that there's a good chance Maxwell will find the space to have her own room in addition to extra storage space. The wing, smaller in size, typically holds anywhere from 30 to 40 people at a time.
The former high-society socialite turned convicted sex-trafficker denied having any knowledge about the deceased financier Jeffery Epstein's crimes, claiming she wishes she never met him and had no idea he was "capable of evil."
She was convicted in December 2021, citing that from 1994 to 2004, Epstein and Maxwell worked hand-in-hand to identify children, groom them, and transport them between Epstein's properties in New York, Florida, New Mexico, and more in a sex trafficking ring.
Per The Business Standard, a 950-page document was released Wednesday including unsealed names of the trafficker's associates, reportedly including Bill Clinton, Michael Jackson, Prince Andrew, and David Copperfield.
Per the outlet, these names had previously been redacted as J Doe variants in the court papers.
