Homemaker/Ex-Con Martha Stewart is in trouble with the law again-this time over her exclusive contract with Macy's.

The staple department store is suing Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. over a deal they also made with J.C. Penny-violating the limited contract of Macy's.

MSL has issued a statement verifying they received a 'notice' from Macy's, Martha herself has yet to comment.
