Unfortunately for 5-year-old Bryn Hoppy, it looks like her parents Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are never going to get along. In fact, a new report says a court has removed Frankel's $12,000-a-month spousal support for her ex.

And while Frankel no longer has to fork out the money each month to pay her ex-husband, she's still struggling to get the ex-couple's apartment back. The court also ruled that a trust agreement granting joint ownership of their trendy Tribeca apartment was "invalid."

According to People Magazine on Tuesday, Frankel is still pleased with the victory.

"Bethenny is particularly pleased that the trust agreement, which was used in an attempt to obtain joint ownership of an apartment that she purchased, was rendered void and invalid due to fraudulent behavior in connection with the execution of the agreement," her attorney Allan Mayefsky said in a statement. "We believe that the evidence, including evidence of the husband's fraudulent behavior and unclean hands, will clearly demonstrate that Bethenny, who is the sole purchaser, is also the sole owner. We are also pleased the court invalidated the award of interim spousal support to Jason based on his waiver in the prenuptial agreement."

Frankel and Hoppy pulled the plug on their marriage back in December of 2012 after only being together for two years. Their daughter, Bryn, was born in May 2010.
