ESPN magazine announced its lineup of athletes that will appear in its annual Body Issue. Athletes from various sports flaunt their physique in the revealing, yet artistic photographs. 

Twenty-one athletes will appear in ESPN's fifth annual Body Issue, which will arrive on newsstands on July 12.

Olympic gold medalist Kerri Walsh Jennings, New York Mets player Matt Harvey and 77-year-old golfer Gary Player made the list. Kenneth Faried, who plays for the NBA's Denver Nuggets team and won the MVP trophy during the NBA All-Star game in February, also posed nude for the magazine.

ESPN shared a photo on Twitter of Harvey from his shoot for the issue. In the picture, he is smiling and wearing a bathrobe. 

Snowboarder Elena Hight explained her decission to appear in the issue to ESPN, saying it showcased her evolution into womanhood.  

"I'm finally getting to the age where I'm comfortable with myself. I want to show young girls and up-and-coming athletes that it's good to be proud of your body and take care of it," she said.
