Despite their breakup months ago, Pete Davidson has apparently been in contact with Kim Kardashian recently.

The former couple is still pals, it has been verified.

However, due of the current controversy with ex-husband Kanye West, the former "Saturday Night Live" comic has been in contact with the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum.

As previously reported, the "Donda" rapper has been making anti-Semitic comments on social media, and he even wore a contentious "White Lives Matter" shirt to Paris Fashion Week.

However, an insider told Hollywood Life that Kim has received a lot of support from individuals, including her ex-beau, despite the fact that she is now filming "Dumb Money" alongside Seth Rogen and Shailene Woodley.

"Pete and Kim still chat on occasion, and many weeks after the breakup, they had come to a stage of being amicable with one other," they revealed.

Pete still cares about Kim, according to the insider, who adds, "Pete has contacted Kim a few times about the whole Kanye problem because he still cares about her as a person and wants to check in to see how she was doing."

In an ongoing series of rants against Pete Davidson, the Grammy-winning rapper slammed the Staten Island native just before his recent social media onslaught.

He even gave the actor a nickname, "Skete," and made a music video for "Eazy" in which he buried an animated version of Pete, which sparked indignation among fans.

Kanye West alleged at the time that the 28-year-old had tormented him in a series of text conversations, including one in which he was naked and apparently in bed with Kim Kardashian.

Despite their split, Pete allegedly informed the SKIMS CEO that he would always be available for her, even as a friend, if she ever wanted to vent or speak about anything.

According to the source, the mother of four also expressed her gratitude to Pete for handling everything before, during, and after their relationship.

"Kim emphasized to him that she understands how difficult it can be for anyone to deal with and is thankful she has been able to remain friendly with Pete."

Meanwhile, despite being spotted in the same room, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are apparently not conversing.

The couple attended their eldest daughter North's game on Friday but did not speak.

According to TMZ, Kanye brought North to the game, while Kim brought their three children, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.
