Manny Pacquiao has sold his Los Angeles home after a $2.5 million price cut.

The boxing legend-turned-politician recently finalized the sale of his five-bedroom residence for $2 million - a $170,000 loss, Realtor.com reported.

The amount is also $2.5 million less than his initial asking price of $4.5 million when he first put the property on the market two years ago, according to the website.

Pacquiao, who is reported to be worth $220 million, purchased the residence in L.A.'s Hancock Park neighborhood back in 2009 for a reported $2.17 million.

The Mediterranean-style home, which spans just over 4,200 square feet, features two stories and luxurious amenities.

The residence comes with high ceilings that measure up to 22 feet, large windows that bring in a lot of natural light and a mezzanine level that overlooks the main space.

The living room is equipped with a fireplace, while the kitchen has everything residents would need, including an island made from Caesarstone, plus fancy appliances by Miele and Bosch, a glass hood and a built-in coffee bar.

The primary bedroom comes with a walk-in closet, a balcony with views of the pool, as well as a bathroom that features a bath with a glass shower and a tub.

The marble and teak floors and light fixtures by Design Within Reach amp up the dwelling's luxe design.

Residents can also hold pool parties as the property has a pool, a waterfall, a spa, and an outdoor dining area.

Pacquiao gave fans a tour of the place in a 2010 episode of "MTV Cribs."

The boxer showed off his trophy room, where he displayed all his awards and recognitions, including the trophy he received from ESPN for best fighter of the year.

In the video, photos of Pacquiao and his wife Jinkee hung up on the walls of the home.

He also revealed that he and his family spent a lot of time at the pool and backyard whenever they stayed at their L.A. residence.

Back in January 2019, burglars broke into Pacquiao's L.A. home while he and his family were in Las Vegas for the boxer's WBA welterweight title fight against Adrien Broner.

Los Angeles Police officers discovered the burglary after they noticed that the front door of the home was open during a drive-by routine the morning after the incident, Manila Bulletin reported.

Pacquiao later released a CCTV video showing a group of five men stealing items, including a safe and a guitar, from his property.

Pacquiao had won 12 world titles before retiring from boxing in 2021.

But late last year, he revealed that he hoped to return to the boxing ring.
