Content creator and self-proclaimed Window Shopper of Luxury @enesyilmazer walks us through the Penthouse at Central Park Tower, which they like to call, "The One Above All Else."

This penthouse has earned its name for good reason, towering so far above New York City they've described it as living above sound.

This ultra luxurious penthouse is the most expensive residential building in the world, soaring 1,550 feet over NYC. It took nearly two decades to complete and a cold hard $3 billion dollars to create.

The width of the building including the cantilevered section has 12,100 pieces of glass covering it's facade. The exterior perimeter has less setback columns resulting in less visual obstruction. This means allowing more sun, more skies, and overall better views. 360 million pounds of concrete was used for framing the structure which is kept stable by the worlds heaviest damper, weighing in at 1,200 tons.
