Ruthie Davis, a shoe designer whose line has been worn by the likes of Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez and Miley Cyrus, posted a picture on her company's Facebook page of rhinestone-studded booties custom made for Beyonce and Jay-Z's daughter Blue Ivy. "Pssssst! Take a look at the Baby Ruthie's I made especially for Beyonce and Jay-Z's daughter Blue Ivy...SO Sweet, right?," wrote Davis on Monday, Sept.24.

Kristen Stewart is reportedly seeing a therapist and receiving counseling while working on patching thing up with Robert Pattinson.
