On the heels of a sex tape scandal, Kanye West has decided to sit out presenting his fashion line during Paris Fashion Week.

West will not be showing the spring/summer 2013 collection for his DW by Kanye West line this week.

A publicist who works with the public relations agency Karlo Otto who has handled press for West's line, delivered the news to fashion trade publication WWD. When asked if he was discontinuing the line, the publicist declined to answer.

Paris Fashion Week began Monday, Sept. 24 and ends on Oct. 3. West has shown his last two collections in Paris -- autumn/winter 2012 and spring/summer 2012.

Despite his asbence in Europe this week, West nevertheless made a new fashion debut in Europe.

Italian shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti displayed their newest shoe collaboration with the 32-year-old in their store window in Milan, Italy.

The shoe's release was accidentally promoted by British rapper Theophilous London.

The rapper posted the image of himself taking a picture of the white Grecian sandal featured in the shoe designer's store window and posted it to his Instagram account.

"So apparently there is a women's heel dedicated to good music Cruel Summer album," tweeted London.

The new shoe, which shares the same name as his new album "Cruel Summer" is the second collaboration between the rapper and Italian shoe brand.

In February, Zanotti designed the first pair of shoes for his runway show in Paris and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian tweeted a picture of herself wearing a pair.

The "Otis" rapper is reportedly busy working with his lawyers to identify who is offering two sex tapes for sale featuring the Chicago rapper that were stolen from his computer.

West was recently named the fourth highest-earning rap artist in the world by Forbes after raking in $35 million last year, has sold over 200, 000 copies of his latest effort he helmed, G.O.O.D. Music "Cruel Summer".

The album sales earned him the no.2 spot on Billboard this week but the album debuted at no. 2 on the iTunes charts.
