Singer Beyonce left early during production of Clint Eastwood's remake of "A Star is Born."

British filmmaker Sally Potter's new film about the inseparable friendship between two teenage girls set in Cold War-era London has gained praise as a return to cinematic form for Potter and a powerful acting turn by American teen Elle Fanning.

The remake of "Steel Magnolias" featuring an all African-American cast aired on Lifetime Oct. 7, raking in an average of 6.5 million viewers.

"Twi-hards" can rejoice now that the cat has been out of the bag as to when they can pick up a copy of the soundtrack for the final "Twilight" film, "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 2." Guest appearances on the soundtrack include "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed, who plays Rosalie Hale in the films, for her singing debut. The track, "All I Ever Needed" is a duet with her husband Paul McDonald who was a contestant on "American Idol." Rock legends Green Day lend their vocals to the album's lead song, "Forgotten Day." The band shared their excitement about reaching out to a newer, younger audience for the soundtrack.
