"Matrix" Director Larry Wachowski Undergoes Sex Change, Announces New Name "Lana" In "Cloud Atlas" Preview Trailer (VIDEO)

Larry Wachowski, one half of the famous film directing team The Wachowski Brothers, has changed his name from Larry to "Lana" after undergoing a sex change operation. The former Wachowski Brother, known for directing "The Matrix" film series, is the first film director to come out publicly as transgender. The New York Post reports that Wachowski came out in a trailer for the upcoming "Cloud Atlas."

Tony Martin, Singer & Actor Dies at 98

Singer Tony Martin, has died at the age of 98.Martin died on Friday at his home in West Los Angeles."He passed peacefully of natural causes," according to his manager and business partner Stan Schneider. Martin is best known for his hit songs in the 1950s including "Stranger in Paradise" (1954) "There's No Tomorrow" (1950) "Walk Hand in Hand" (1956). "To Each His Own," which was released in 1942, sold one million copies. In the 1950s Martin had his own television show on NBC, "The Tony Martin Show."

James Cameron Confirms "Avatar" Sequels

Movie director James Cameron, known for producing the two biggest-selling movies in the history of film, "Avatar" and "Titanic," has confirmed that a sequel for "Avatar" is in the works. In an exclusive interview with the New York Times Cameron revealed that "Avatar 2" is slated to arrive in theaters in 2015. Cameron's "Avatar" came out in December, 2009 and is the biggest film of all time, grossing over $ 2.7 billion in ticket sales worldwide.

ABC announced actress Pamela Anderson, a former contestant from "Dancing With The Stars," was added to their "All Stars" edition for season 15. Anderson sat on a panel at the Television Critics Association conference when the announcement was made with several other contestants from the "All Stars" cast. The 11 other returning celebrity contestants joining Anderson are Bristol Palin, Kelly Monaco, Melissa Rycroft, Shawn Johnson, Kirstie Alley, Joey Fatone, Helio Castroneves, Drew Lachey, Emmitt Smith, Apolo Ohno and Gilles Marini.
