Designer Valerie Mayen is one of the three contestants from past seasons of the Lifetime series, Project Runway, who has a shot of being cast in Season 12 as a Runway Redemption contestant, which airs this summer. Mayen did not make it to the finale in season 8 of the show. The designer came in seventh but is up for a spot and another chance at winning the competition. Viewers will be able to vote for one of the three designers up for the coveted spot: Ra'mon-Lawrence Coleman from Season 6, Kate Pankoke who appeared in Season 11 and Mayen.
