On Sunday, ESPN reported that during Spieth's big moment when he became golf's first $22 million man, his girlfriend, Annie Verret, was there to support him. His family members showed up as well, including his parents, grandfather and younger sister, Ellie.

Spieth is the youngest player to win the FedEx Cup title. His final stroke was an 8-foot par putt at 1-under 69.

"This is incredible," the golfer said of his victory. "This is an event where we approach it like a major championship because we know this is possible at the end of it."

The site made it clear that this is Spieth's year as he's now the new big man of golf.

"It's the greatest season I've ever had, obviously," Spieth said. "But it's one where I believe we took our game on course and off course to a level that I didn't think would be possible at different times in my life."

Spieth's success has gained him so much popularity that Miss Texas Shannon Sanderford made it clear that she has a little crush on him. In a video posted in Bleacher Report, she rapped her own song lyrics where Spieth was mentioned.

"Yo Ranger fans, Miss Texas in the house. C'mon, y'all. Let me hear a shoutout. I threw the first pitch, got it over home plate. Hey, Jordan Spieth. You wanna call me for a date?"
