TVGuide has revealed an exclusive sneak peek from the upcoming episode from season 11 of Criminal Minds and there is a surprise guest star in the "hot seat."

Paget Brewster Talks Leaving Show, Calls CBS 'Scummy'

Tim Kang of The Mentalist, is going to play a prime suspect in a sordid case of a bus attacked with sarin gas. In the clip Kang's character is seen being interrogated by David Rossi (Joe Mantegna) and Lewis (Aisha Tyler). Kang's character is suspected because he was in his car at the time the bus was attacked, in the neighborhood. Also the fact that him and his wife usually take the bus and only on the fateful day did hey opt to take their cars raises more red flags.

In the clip, though, Kang's character doesn't seem to be the criminal and mostly just a citizen who is the victim of circumstance.

When Rossi questions him about him having been sitting in his car when the attack happened as captured by surveillance footage, Kang's character looks miffed.

"Is it a crime to be in my car?" he asks.

"The bus that was attacked with sarin this morning stopped at that station," Lewis says in response. "And so we have to look at anything unusual."

The episode will air on Oct. 7 on CBS.
