The mortgage on their home, that was facing foreclosure, is now back up-to-date, so the family will not be forced to move out of the mansion.

One insider revealed Friday, “The house is out of foreclosure, and the unpaid money owed has been paid in full. The mortgage is now current. The loan hasn’t been paid off, but they are now in good standing with the loan. A judge is expected to sign off on the agreement reached between the bank and the Giudices.”

The couple put the home on the market amid their financial woes. IT was originally jus t under $3 million but the couple took off $500,000 back in Feburary in hopes of selling it quicker. Still, that didn’t work.

The source revealed, “Teresa is ecstatic to be in this situation. She is stepping up and taking care of business. She loves that house, and wants to grow old there with Joe.”

The home, which sits on more than 10,000 square feet, features six bedrooms and bathrooms. Fans have definitely seen it before on shows like The Real Housewives of New Jersey and the family’s recent spinoff The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In.
