Hollywood shined at the Oscars on Sunday night and many A-list stars celebrated the night at Sir Elton John's after party.

The 65-year-old singer played host to his annual AIDS Foundation Oscar viewing and after-party for some of the biggest names in Hollywood, according to US Magazine..

The event was held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood with high-profile guests that included Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Chris Brown, Emma Roberts and Heidi Klum.

One of the other big names that appeared at the party was Kim Kardashian who showed up with her baby bump, according to Global Grind.

Around a total 900 guests were in attendance to show support for John's fundraiser and to party the night away.

John has used the parties to raise over $300 million since he began the annual celebration in 1992.

The singer commented to ABC News about the big names at the A-list affair saying, "It's a great mix of people."

He added that while the evening is a celebration for the stars it is also geared toward bringing in funds for AIDS research.

"We're ecstatic but, you know, we'd like to raise a lot more because the battle isn't won, of course," John said.

Actor Jim Carrey made a comedic appearance at the party as he wore a giant pair of prosthetic feet along with tiny angel wings.

"Goin' to Elton's party. Great cause!" the 51-year-old actor tweeted. "Wearing the perfect outfit to express my awkward spiritual journey. ;^}"

Carrey later wrote that he had fun at the party and added: "My big feet and little angel wings were an expression of my somewhat awkward spiritual journey. I'm a #Strangel. O;^P"

John's party was one of three big after-viewing events in Hollywood that also included the Vanity Fair party and the annual Academy's Governors Ball.
