He and Sage (Kelly Sullivan) have concocted a plot to try and figure out the truth about what Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) is hiding, and after bringing Sharon (Sharon Case) in on the plot as well, Nick (Joshua Morrow) may discover the answers he seeks on The Young and the Restless.

He wound up telling Sharon everything about the plan, a risky move because Sharon has believed Dr. Anderson is a help and not a hindrance. And it seems as though his decision won't pay off because Sharon has quickly called Dr. Anderson to seemingly fill her in.

"Nick suspects..." Sharon says in a preview clip for the Monday, Feb. 8 episode.

"Nick suspects what?" Dr. Anderson replies.

However, Sharon may decide to test the woman she trusts and feed her false information that makes it seem like Nick has feelings for her--feeding into the suspicion he and Sage have that Dr. Anderson wants to break them up for some reason. And if Dr. Anderson buys into the test, Sharon may officially be wary of what's going on.

Meanwhile, Nick has gone to Fairview to check in on Sage, and get the paralysis book she found that brought up more questions about the doctor. And after he realizes Patty (Stacy Haiduk) is now back at the facility as well, he will warn Sage not to get too close to her--even after Patty seems to hint to the both of them that she knows something they don't.

"No, all this does is put you in more danger, and I do not like you being in here," Nick says.

His dislike of Sage being in the facility, and his concern for her safety will only grow, however, after he meets up with Sharon again, and using the information she gathered from her meeting with Dr. Anderson, as well as the paralysis book, finally figures out who she really is--and realizes Sage is in even more danger than he realized.
