She doesn't want him to keep shutting her out about what he's up to with his father, but after continuing to find herself on the outside and looking in at him, Chelsea (Melissa Clare Egan) will make a shocking decision about her marriage to Adam (Justin Hartley) on The Young and the Restless.

Chelsea Confronts Adam About His Scheme

She realized he was trying to set Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) up, and also figured out that his plan didn't go as well as he'd hoped--but Adam wouldn't tell her why. Now, Chelsea will seek out answers from Marisa (Sofia Pernas) as she desperately tries to learn what he's up to, and what kind of danger he could be putting himself, her, and their son in.

However, Marisa will also prove to be a dead-end for Chelsea, because she's sworn to secrecy.

Adam Sets A Trap For Luca

"Will you just tell me, is Adam involved? You need to tell me what's happening," Chelsea says in a preview clip for the Friday, Feb. 5 episode.

"I can't," Marisa cries.

Because she has no way of learning anything, Chelsea will then pack her bags and threaten to leave Adam since he can't be honest with her no matter how often she begs. Finally, he will tell her she can be clued in-
and he could finally spill why the plan didn't work, letting her know about the blackmail the Santori family has over Noah (Robert Adamson).

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
