Blair Underwood is set to guest star in season 7 of The Good Wife.

Could Hillary Clinton Guest Star In An Upcoming Episode?

The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Underwood will be playing the part of "Henry, a middle-class motel owner still reeling over the death of his teenage daughter by a random bullet a year ago. As a result, he is determined to stem the tide of gun violence in his community, but finds himself in court defending his methods."

In previous news of other guest stars we are yet to see on the final season of the show, Matthew Morrison, of Glee fame, is also set to make an appearance. According to a TVLine report, Fans will get to see Morrison in the upcoming episodes of season 7. The report reveals that he will be playing the part of Connor Fox, "an assistant U.S. attorney who is responsible for putting the last four Illinois governors behind bars. Described as a tough and smart guy, Connor doesn't exactly warm to the Florricks upon meeting them."

Finale To Be' Suprising, Inevitable,' 'Happy And Sad At The Same Time'?

Recently, the showrunners also addressed a much rumored possibility -- bringing back Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) or Will (Josh Charles), even if only as an aberration or flashback.

Turns out both baits won't be exploited for the mega finale, according to co-creator Michelle King.

"Kalinda went off deliberately to disappear - and we're honoring that choice. It wouldn't make sense for [Kalinda] to come back," Michelle said.

She also went onto rule out the return of Will Gardner.

"Alas, Will Gardner's dead - which is sort of problematic," she added.
