He was told by his enemy that she was pregnant with his child and he wants to find some way to make their marriage work, but before he moves forward, Julian (William DeVry) will make sure Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) isn't trying to play him for a fool on General Hospital. 

She told him the only way she plans on letting their child live is with her, and if she has to go to prison for his crimes since he won't confess to killing Carlos, then she will do anything and everything within her power to keep their child away from him while she's in prison. Now, to make sure she isn't trying to trap him with a confession, Julian will demand she take a pregnancy test for him so he knows she's not lying. But Alexis won't be a fool either, and will tell him she has no intentions of proving herself to him until he does the right thing by getting her off the hook for his crime.

"Tell the police that you killed Carlos, then I'll take the test," she says in a preview clip for the Thursday, June 30 episode.

However, her refusal could further arouse Julian's suspicions that she isn't telling him the truth, and he could be tempted to harm her if he feels she's lying.

Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) is informing Anna (Finola Hughes) of the bait he set for Julian by telling him about Alexis being pregnant, hinting that the story is fake. However, as time continues to pass with no word of Alexis being exonerated and Julian now facing the consequences of his actions, he could begin to worry that the plan has put Alexis in grave danger, and he and Anna may decide to spring into action to make sure things are okay.

"Are you worried that Julian is going to hurt Alexis?" Anna asks in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
