Authorities have released a video showing police officers arresting country singer Randy Travis in Sanger, Texas.

In the patrol car video released today, Travis admits he's drunk but says, "But I am not driving, as you can see."

After an officer tells Travis he's being arrested for public intoxication, the 52-year-old country crooner says, "Are You're kidding me?"

"No sir, not going to kid you," the officer replies.

Travis is then handcuffed by one officer as another stands nearby observing.

On February 6, the same day of the incident, Travis issued a statement apologizing "for what resulted following an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl."

The Sanger Police Department told TMZ at the time that Travis had an open bottle of wine with him.
