The baby is most definitely not his and is actually Deimos' (Vincent Irizarry), but despite knowing they could face some trouble if the truth gets out, Phillip (John Paul Lavoisier) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) will move forward with their plan to announce he is the father of her baby on Days of Our Lives.

Not long after she slept with Deimos while they were hiding out together outside of Salem, Chloe realized she was pregnant. And after realizing how dangerous he really was, and seeing that he and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) genuinely wanted to be together, she decided she wouldn't let him know about the baby, and felt her only option was going to be to get out of Salem as quickly as possible to protect herself.

However, with the hope that it would keep her around longer, Phillip proposed she lie about the identity of the baby's father, and told her the only person anyone would believe had gotten her pregnant was him, since they spend so much time together working on her record. And though she was initially hesitant to accept the offer, Chloe has since done so, and the two now need to figure out what they're going to say for a cover story, so that no one, most of all Deimos, can figure out what they're hiding.

Unfortunately for both of them though, Deimos will quickly figure out that it's all a lie, and that Chloe's pregnancy was the direct result of their sleeping together. And now, he will need to let Nicole know that he's going to be a father, because he isn't going to let Phillip take on the role that belongs to him, especially since it would be his first and likely only chance to be a father.

Nicole will then decide to get answers for herself, in an effort to figure out if Chloe is lying and Deimos is going to be a father, or if the story about Phillip is actually truth, because knowing what's really going on will be the only way she can decide the best move for her own future.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
