Another family is going to find their worlds turned upside down dramatically when Detective Andrea Cornell (Juliette Lewis) begins digging into their personal lives while investigating the murder of one of their own on the new season of Secrets and Lies.

In a preview clip for the September 25 premiere, the Warner family will quickly learn that they are all going to be under suspicion after the shocking murder of Kate (Jordana Brewster), whose husband Eric (Michael Ealy) was about to be named the new head of his family's private equity firm. After being killed at a party to celebrate his taking over the reigns and his father John's (Terry O'Quinn) retirement, everyone at the party is a suspect-but mostly, Eric will be the prime focus of Cornell's investigation, something Eric's sister Amanda (Mekia Cox) is very much aware of, and she will warn the family of what's to come.

"Detective Cornell will not rest until someone is behind bars," she says to her assembled family in the clip.

"That's a good thing, isn't it?" Patrick (Charlie Barnett) asks.

"Not if Eric is the one she wants to put there," Amanda replies.

Meanwhile, the cast is remaining tight-lipped about who will be revealed as the murderer by the season's end, though they do admit that everyone had different theories each and every week, and they were all stunned when they got to the finale and finally learned just who was responsible.

"We didn't know until the finale," Ealy told E! News. "We could not guess!...Every week you have a different theory...The crew was so into the show that every week people came to me with a different theory. I think the audience will do the exact same thing."

Lewis agreed, and also revealed that the new season would be even more intense and twisty than the first season, which saw her character investigate the murder of a little boy, Tom, who was murdered by his half sister, though his father was the one who wound up going to prison for the crime after he covered for her.

"Here's the way this series is, which is really fun-nobody's all good and nobody's all bad, hence the title Secrets and Lies," she said. "This season is even more juicy."

Secrets and Lies season 2 premieres Sunday, Sept. 25 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
