Kate Levering plays the tough-as-nails attorney Kim Kaswell on Drop Dead Diva, who found out at the end of last season that she's pregnant.

Levering revealed a photo of herself from set, in which her character Kim is in the hospital and ready to give birth. "Uh oh..." she captioned the photo.

Last month, creator Josh Berman dished a few spoilers about Kim's pregnancy and storyline this season.

"It's one of the funniest labor scenes that I have ever seen in my life," Berman told EW. "I think she delivers in a way that no women has ever delivered."

Also look for the return of John Katzenberger, as Kim's father. "We'll learn a little bit more about his relationship with her that might help inform Kim's relationship with her new baby," Berman added.

Life is truly imitating art this season, as Levering is just weeks away from giving birth and due in August.

Opening up to Parents Magazine, Levering revealed her character, Kim, got pregnant before she did.

"It’s life imitating art, but I like to say I’m just that good of an actress that the writers wrote it, and I made it happen in real life!" she said.

In fact, she didn't even have to wear a fake belly to film Drop Dead Diva.

"Because our filming schedule was pushed back from February to May, I showed up way more pregnant than my character was supposed to be so I spent the first few episodes holding a lot of folders in front of my belly and sitting behind desks. I even had one emotional scene where I just sort of hugged a pillow the whole time. We had to get creative," she said.
