VH1's Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta star Rasheeda revealed that she hasn't officially served her estranged husband, Kirk Frost, divorce papers for cheating on her with two women.

When asked to confirm the rumor that divorce papers were "drafted," Rasheeda told Vladtv that there has been "lawyer conversations and dialogue" in trying to decide how to handle their legal separation without attorneys. She also said the formal divorce papers have not been drafted nor served.

"It's not about trying to work it out, I got the information but I'm trying to decide if I'm really ready to serve these papers," Rasheeda confessed to Vladtv. "This is the first time something like this has happened in our marriage."

"She also said both her and her husband are trying to decide if they should just separate, as opposed to rushing into a divorce.

Rasheeda revealed on the red carpet at the 2013 BET Awards that Frost is trying to save their marriage. She told Globalgrindthat their union is a "work in progress," because not only are they married, but they are also business partners.

"I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Kirk," she said. "We are business partners; at the same time and although we go through our personal issues, we have to stay...move forward with what's important, which is the business [end]. He trying to get back in the good graces, and I aint making it easy for him."

Media Takeout reported that Rasheeda already filed for divorce in Georgia, ahead of the taping of the Love & Hip-hop Atlantaseason 2 finale in New York City in June. A source close to the show told the website she did not cite irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce, but instead infidelity.

Frost cheated on Rasheeda during LHHA season 2 episode 11, which aired on July 1. As Frost sat in a hot tub with three women at Benzino's home, one woman, Mary Jane, sat on his lap and another cozied up to him. The scene ended with Frost retreating to a bedroom with both women.

During the season finale of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta on Monday, July 29, Frost attempted to win Rasheeda back. Frost showed up at their house with a new SUV filled with balloons, flowers and gifts, but his wife turned down his advances.
