Rob Kardashian desires to move on from his defamation action with his ex-girlfriend Blac Chyna. But Chyna might not be on the same page, given what she revealed recently about the judge who junked her case.

A source close to the Kardashians told Hollywood Life that he wants Chyna to "just let this case go and move on," mostly so that their 5-year-old daughter Dream is not negatively affected. Rob, 35, does not want their daughter to believe that he and Chyna, 34, harbor "hostility" towards one another, according to a source.

Chyna and her legal team have taken steps to attempt an appeal of the court's ruling in favor of the Kardashians. They recently submitted paperwork to disqualify the judge on the grounds that he was biased, but the request was denied.

According to the insider, Rob believes that continuing to fight does more harm than good. Rob hopes that Blac Chyna would drop the case and move on so that everyone can recover and move on with their lives. "It is not good for anyone, particularly their daughter Dream, for Blac Chyna to dispute the verdict," a source stated.

Rob desires most for his relationship with Chyna to develop so that they may both attend Dream's big life events. "Ultimately Rob would like Dream to grow up knowing that, although their relationship did not work out, there is no animosity or hatred between her two parents. It would be great if Rob and Chyna would be able to attend functions for their daughter together, such as birthdays and holidays," they said.

However, Rob's request may go unheeded in light of recent events

Blac Chyna claimed that she is bringing her dispute with the Kardashian/Jenner family to a higher court and has began to spill bombshells regarding her closed-door trial.

Chyna disclosed for the first time, according to court documents obtained by Radar, a private meeting with the Kardashians and a court staffer.

This, after the judge junked her case against the Kardashians.

Moreover, Blac Chyna's trial against the Kardashian/Jenner family was presided over by a judge who, according to a juror, was sometimes "aggressive" toward Chyna's attorney.

Kim Kardashian and her family did not deny having a private meeting with a court clerk during their trial against Blac Chyna, but they scoffed at the notion that the encounter caused the judge to be "biased" in their favor.

According to court records obtained by Radar, Kim, her mother Kris, and her sisters Khloé and Kylie contended that Chyna is a disgruntled loser.
