Amber Heard testified Wednesday about her allegations of abuse against her former husband, fellow actor Johnny Depp, who sued her for defamation. 

Depp is seeking $50 million in damages from Heard in connection with a 2018 piece she penned for The Washington Post in which she claimed she had become the "public figure representing domestic abuse." Although the article makes no direct reference to Depp, his attorneys claim it alludes to claims she leveled against him during their 2016 divorce. Heard is suing Depp for $100 million in retaliation. 

The high-profile trial is in its fourth week in Fairfax County, Virginia. Heard's time in the witness stand had her spewing accusations against the actor, some are disturbing to say the least. Here are the three accusations she made. 

 

Johnny Depp Seduced Her

While this is not supposed to be of importance, it does show why Amber Heard entered into a relationship with the actor, or why she have "fallen in love." The fact that they were both in their respective relationships is also a sign of how "magnetic" the pull they supposedly felt for each other. 

Heard recalled a whirlwind affair with Depp, claiming the two became friends over blues music and literature while promoting 2011's "The Rum Diary." Depp previously testified that Heard initially appeared to be the "ideal match" for him. 

The performers were scripted to kiss during the 2011 filming in Puerto Rico. "It didn't feel like a typical employment scene; the lines were muddled. He grabbed my face, drew me in, and kissed me deeply. She said there was tongue when asked. He also became quite playful, pushing her down on the sofa, saying "yum" while lifting his eyebrows. She recounted how that made her attracted, but she was battling it because the two of them were in relationships then. "It was intimidating, and we went out separate ways."

Months later, she claimed, Depp unexpectedly contacted her and invited her to his Beverly Hills home, ostensibly to have a drink with him and Robinson. "It was clearly not about the film," she explained. 

According to her, Depp sent her a garment that he characterized as wrapping paper - "happy wrapping," he said. He entrusted him with guitars and other things. Finally, she says, they slept together on the Rum Diary press tour in London. The rest was history. 

According to Heard's narrative, Depp shifted approximately a year into their relationship after resuming sobriety following a time of abstinence. She characterized him as vindictive, frequently accusing her of having affairs.

Depp Slapped... and Slapped Her Again Over 'Wino Tattoo'

Heard testified that she will never forget the first time Depp allegedly struck her, telling the jury, "I'll never forget it, it altered the course of my life." 

She stated that the two were seated on a couch, drinking. The court heard that a "jar of cocaine" was present, and Heard inquired about Depp's "Wino Forever" tattoo on his arm. But Depp got agitated and slapped her. She laughed though because she did not know if he was joking or not. However, he slapped her again. 

She said Depp knelt and sobbed, even apologized. 

"I will never do that again, I'm so sorry, baby ... I thought I put the monster away," Depp said, she testified. Heard said she knew she had to leave, but also did not want to, at the time.

She also believed the narrative that Depp told her - that she saved him. 

Depp Sexually Assaulted Her...Performed Cavity Search

Amber Heard detailed how the former "Fantastic Beasts" actor sexually abused her in 2013, going into very sordid details.  

"He's grabbing my breast, he's touching my thighs, he rips my underwear off and proceeds to do a cavity search..." she said. 

"He shoves his fingers inside me," a choked-up Heard testified in court between tears, recalling how Depp yanked her clothing off in rage. 

Depp accused another lady of flirting with Heard in the Hicksville trailer park in the California desert. Heard is a known bisexual.

At the point, Heard said she no longer reacted, standing still and just looking at the light. 

It remains to be seen if they can convince the court, and the public that she is in fact, the abused and the abuser-  which has already became quite the narrative in the days that Depp was the one in the stand.
