Lindsey Vonn is a proud girlfriend of Tiger Woods.

After Woods took home the victory at the Bridgestone Invitational in Akron, Ohio Sunday, Vonn took to Twitter to let the world know that she supports her lover, who jus earned his 79th PGA tour title.

Olympic volleyball champ Kerri Walsh-Jennings retweeted Vonn's tweet and wrote, "always a champ."

Woods has won 14 Major Championshops during his career so far.

Before dating Woods, Lindsay was married to former coach Thomas Vonn in 2011. After four years of marriage, which lead to a divorce, she revealed that she hated mixing business with pleasure.

"Doesn't work. I think there needs to be a certain kind of understanding because it's very hard for me to relate to someone who doesn't do sports at a high level. That part is necessary. But to have business in the relationship is very difficult," Lindsey said in the August issue of Vogue magazine.

The 28-year-old said that marriage put so much of a negative influence on her that she refuses to get married again.

Although it took Vonn and Woods to go public with their relationship, the blonde beauty said it was an instant attraction between the athletes.

"We immediately clicked, you know?" she tells the magazine of meeting Woods at a charity event in 2012. "It was just one of those things."

Woods and Tiger announced their relationship via Facebook back in March.

"Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating. We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately, as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes," Woods said.
