Bruce Willis reportedly suffered shameful exploitations by movie producers before the actor revealed his aphasia diagnosis.

Los Angeles Times detailed the shocking expose revealing movie producers - including Randall Emmett - abused Willis by casting him in films even though he has aphasia.

Johns Hopkins Medicine explains that Willis' health issue is a language disorder caused by damage in a patient's brain that controls comprehension. People diagnosed with the disease are unable to communicate properly with others how they used to. Unfortunately, it could also lead to stroke.

In the in-depth article shared by New York Post, it was revealed that Emmett left the set of "Midnight in the Switchgrass" due to frustration and left the clueless actor. Later that evening, he allegedly called his then-fiance, Lala Kent, in tears and said he could not do it anymore since Willis kept failing to remember his lines.

Despite that, he did not stop working with him and cast him in five more action movies. With that, the reports claimed that he used Willis as a cash cow for Emmett/Furla Oasis, his former production company with partner George Furla.

Former assistant Anna Szymanska said that Willis had an aide during his shoots.

"When nobody from Bruce's team was around, the crew would say how sad we were to see him in this state," she went on.

Emmett has since dismissed the claims, saying that Kent only made the salacious allegations to affect their custody dispute.

The new allegation worsened his image, as the producer also faces allegations of abuse and inappropriate behavior. He was accused of damaging claims, including offering acting work in exchange for sexual favors and forcing assistants to do illegal activities for him.

Bruce Willis Continued Working Despite Aphasia Diagnosis

Although Willis and his representative have not addressed Emmet's issue yet, his lawyer, Martin Singer, sent a statement to Los Angeles Times and said movie producers pushed him to work regardless of his health issue.

"My client continued working after his medical diagnosis because he wanted to work and was able to do so, just like many others diagnosed with aphasia who are capable of continuing to work. Because Mr. Willis appeared in those films, they could get financed. That resulted in literally thousands of people having jobs, many during the COVID-19 pandemic," Singer declared.

Willis notably starred in 15 more movies in the past two and a half years before his retirement. The projects are "Deadlock," "Trauma Center," "Survive the Night," "Survive the Game," "10 Minutes Gone," "Cosmic Sin," "Hard Kill," "Midnight in the Switchgrass," "Breach," "A Day to Die," "Gasoline Alley," "Apex," "American Siege," and "Fortress."

The actor's IMDb page also said that he has eight more movies completed or in post-production.
