Ivana Trump, the ex-wife of former POTUS Donald Trump, died on Thursday.

The 73-year-old was discovered inside her Manhattan, New York, home at around 12:40 PM after someone called 911 to report someone suffering a cardiac arrest.

Ivana Trump's cause of death will later be determined, but it is suspected she suffered from a cardiac arrest.

However, hours after being found dead at her home, Ivana reportedly seemed "tired" and ordered only a very small amount of food at her favorite NYC restaurant.

The Sun reported that she had just visited her favorite restaurant, Altesi Ristorante, located a few yards from her Upper East Side apartment.

Ivana, who has three children, was a frequent visitor to the Italian restaurant and appeared in good spirits but a little fatigued when she dropped by on Wednesday afternoon, according to Altesi owner Paola Alavian.

He told the outlet, "As always, she asked me how I was doing - she was always supporting us - and we just shared an extremely normal conversation, the kind I had almost every day I saw her."

"Her health seemed normal, she looked maybe a little tired, but she otherwise seemed OK."

The restauranteur further said he couldn't remember what the matriarch ordered but described her meal as a "very, very small amount of food."

Paola described his feelings as having "a little bit of shock" and had no idea what happened, but saw that many things were happening outside her apartment.

He also said Ivana was "an excellent woman" and "a good person."

He said in a tweet, "I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there are many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City."

"She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman who led a great and inspirational life."

Ivana, born Ivana Marie Zelnickova, was born in Czechslovakia and worked as a model in the 70s before marrying Donald in 1977. Since then, she became a constant tabloid figure in New York society until the 80s.

She and Donald welcomed three kids, Ivanka, Eric, and Don Jr.

Their marriage ended in the early 90s after the business mogul was exposed to having an affair with Marla Maples.
