Lady Gaga's dog walker, Ryan Fischer, faced the dognapper who almost claimed his life during the dognapping incident.

Fischer met one of the assailants who attacked him and took away Lady Gaga's dogs in February 2021. On Wednesday, the emotional dog walker let out his pain as Jaylin White received a surprise plea deal and a four-year prison sentence.

As quoted by Rolling Stone, Lady Gaga's former dog walker told the defendant that they all left him bleeding out and fighting for his life. He also reminded him how he almost died that night.

He detailed how the gunshot wound left him with extreme nerve damage after the bullet ripped through his upper right torso. As a result, his doctors needed to remove part of his lung since it kept collapsing. The health issue caused him to undergo a second surgery to save his life.

The top third and bottom portions were reportedly cut surgically.

Even when over a year already passed, Fischer reportedly still suffers from breathing issues. He also finds it hard to move around.

"But it's the mental and emotional trauma you caused that night that's been much worse," he went on.

As he heard the sentencing, Fischer spoke up about the assailants stealing his livelihood, as well, soon after stealing the dogs.
