In a pattern of disturbing allegations throughout this year, "The Flash" actor Ezra Miller has been charged with felony burglary in Vermont.

According to a report from Vermont State Police, they received a burglary complaint in Stamford wherein several bottles of alcohol were taken from a residence when the homeowners were out. After police consulted surveillance footage and interviewed witnesses around the area, Miller was immediately charged with felony burglary.

Police reports say that Miller was located shortly before midnight Sunday and was issued a citation to appear for arraignment in Vermont Superior Court on September 26th. Unfortunately, none of the Attorneys for the 29-year-old actor have responded to requests for comment on the Vermont felony charge.

However, this isn't the first time that the "Perks of being a wallflower" actor has been under the police's radar.

Miller first made questionable headlines in 2020, when a disturbing video of them violently choking one of his female fans went viral. This behavior escalated in 2022 when the actor was arrested while in Hawaii and charged with "disorderly conduct and harassment". In April, the star was arrested again for allegedly throwing a chair and injuring a woman.

Why Isn't 'The Flash' Getting the 'Batgirl' Treatment?

Just days after Warner Bros Discovery CEO David Zaslav praised "The Flash" and expressed their excitement for the movie, the controversial star gets charged with a new count to their crime streak.

"We have seen 'The Flash,' 'Black Adam' and 'Shazam 2. We are very excited about them," CEO David Zaslav said. "We think they are terrific, and we think we can make them even better."

As the studio already suggested that they remain committed to releasing "The Flash", this does not sit well with DC fans after the nearly completed "Batgirl" film was axed just recently.

As of now, representatives from Warner Bros. have not made any comment about the latest legal action against Miller. "The Flash" had reportedly wrapped production last fall and is currently set to hit theaters on June 23, 2023.
