Shia Labeouf Harassed Mia Goth In Public!? Actor Did THIS Amidst Sexual Abuse Allegations

It looks like the "Transformers" star can't keep his hands to himself while having breakfast with Mia Goth.

Paparazzi spotted the two getting breakfast with their baby in a stroller when Labeouf was caught on camera getting his hands under Mia's shirt and copping a feel, giving a little squeeze. Another photo also shows the "Honeyboy" actor tugging down on his partner's waistband.

The pair had just welcomed their first baby this April, with initial rumors from last year that Goth was pregnant in November 2021 when she was spotted with a baby bump at Chuck E. Cheese with LaBeouf. The rumors were eventually confirmed in February 2022 when Goth was spotted with her baby bump while running errands.

In The Middle of A Sexual Harassment Case?

Labeouf casually displays the sexual act amidst his pending trial for sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress towards ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs.

In 2020, years of reports about the actor's problematic behavior came to light when Twigs filed a lawsuit against him, claiming that she was subjected to "relentless abuse" throughout their relationship. Additionally, the singer also noted in the lawsuit that Labeouf knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease.

LaBeouf has denied "each and every allegation" in the lawsuit, and only commented in an email he had sent to The New York Times:

"I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I'm ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt." The actor commented.

Labeouf and Goth's Complicated Marriage History

Labeouf and Goth first met while filming "Nymphomaniac: Vol. II." and began dating in December 2012. The couple wed in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2016, in an initially private ceremony that got leaked shortly after.

The couple have had their share of ups and downs throughout the timeline of their relationship, and ended up filing for divorce in 2018, nearly two years after their marriage. If you think fans are having a hard time keeping up with their on-and-off relationship, the couple was then revealed to have rekindled their romance after being spotted riding bikes together while wearing their wedding rings.

Regarding Labeouf's recent legal allegations, his partner Mia Goth has yet to comment on the subject, while Labeouf continues to deny the chrages.
